Stamping
All weighing scales that use for trade purpose in Malaysia need to be verified or stamped first before use and re-verified once every twelve months by an accredited party.
As stipulated by the weight and measures Act 1972. It is and offence to use weighing or measuring equipment without valid verification or stamping.
